Ark is led by Tom Pycraft, a passionate events veteran with 15 years of experience directing international corporate events, business conferences, private events, weddings, and music events. He combines his passion and in-depth knowledge of music, innovation, culture, business, and the natural world with a unique imagination and creative approach, to design unrivalled content and event experiences.

Tom began his career at Reuters Events, producing conferences in the mobile banking, cloud computing and energy infrastructure sectors. Followed by 6 years at TXF News as head of production, overseeing the development of global export & agency finance events, attracting thousands of delegates attending conferences in every corner of the globe.

Tom also runs Arkestra, a music events and curation business focussed on blues, jazz, soul, funk, and rock n roll sourced from around the world. As a DJ and radio show host, Tom has performed sets and collected record from Africa, Latin America, Europe and the USA. He brings this deep understanding and love of music to our event programming, whether it’s a wedding, private party or corporate awards ceremony.

At Ark, we blend this commercial approach to corporate event production with a passion for entertainment, music, food and spatial creativity, resulting in truly unique and exceptional experiences.
